Elena has visited over 40 countries and has fascinating stories to share. Join Elena for a fun and relaxed meal and immerse yourself into the Irish culture. Elena lives in a modern home with stunning panoramic sea views of the Irish Sea in Skerries, a former fishing village. Join her at her dining table and enjoy a healthy, gourmet meal that combines Romanian, local Irish and international cuisine! Your menu includes dishes such as traditional Irish beef stew cooked in Guinness with brown bread, Romanian beetroot soup with lovage and creme fraiche, and grilled sea bass on a bed of creamy mash and garlic spinach served with beer or wine. You will end your meal with a dessert like upside-down mixed berry cake and fresh cream. On days they are available, Elena's partner Patrick and their eight-year-old daughter, Nadia will join your cultural dining experience!
